2017 LDL Retreat Vendor Table


 Product Description

Does your business have products or services that LDS homeschoolers want?

Latter-day Learning Retreat attendees are looking for resources and support for becoming better teachers in the home. Unlike many other homeschool conferences, we are very selective when it comes to vendors. Being a vendor at our retreat is exclusive for a very small number of approved vendors. Vendors are approved on the basis of their support of LDS family values and homeschool needs. If you are interested in becoming an exclusive vendor, please submit a request to djeppson@latterdaylearning.org. We are planning on 300+ attendees at this next retreat, with approximately 10 vendors. That's a great vendor to attendee ratio!

Date and Time: Saturday, March 4, 2017; 8:00 am – 7:00 pm. Vendors can set up anytime after noon on Friday, March 3.

Vendor Table Rental Fee: $250

Advertising: We will include a half-page ad inside our retreat program if submitted by (February 15, 2017). All vendors are required to provide a item or service to be included in our evening give-away during dinner. If we do not receive an ad, your vendor name and website will be listed in the program on our vendor page within the program.

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided to up to 2 people per vendor registration. Bottled water and snacks are also provided to vendors.

Vendor Table Rental Includes:

  • 1 Table, 6' x 30" (no pipe and drape)
  • 2 chairs
  • Internet access
  • Electricity
